So I bought a $12,000 Spartan lawn mower, and it had some issues brought it here. They fixed it under warranty. Then I brought another john deere lawnmower, because it was not starting only 240 hr on it. it cost $1,300 to get fixed, I picked it up, one of my employees went to use it, and it was backfiring. So I called, he told me to bring it in, because there might be a tool or bolt in the motor 🤔 i told him I had two other lawn mowers, so I had stuff to use, so if he gets real busy he can push mine off, little after calling 3 times they said each time we will get to it next week. Then the summer was over, and I got a i took it in 4/10Email 10/12th they had it for 6 months. saying it will cause $3,240 to get it fixed, I could have bought a brand new motor under $4,540 and then when I went to pick it up, it did not start and he blamed it on the battery. I told him it's a brand new battery that I got from you guys. He said, "Oh, it needs a slow charge and was real." Pissy with me because he didn't get the business. I'm just going to go back to hilliard lawn and garden . Where i've been going for years you try to help out local businesses, but in the end it's really not helping you out at all i hate writing bad reviews, but just don't want no 1 to be in the situation.I'm in they just threw the stuff together. Because so many bolts, we're missing, off the air filter, and it's probably blising a lot more that I can't see
