I went into Pro Power a week ago looking to purchase my first zero turn mower. CJ was outstanding at answering my first timer questions and was very patient with me when I went back and forth between a few models. He never tried to "sell" me anything which was amazing. I ended up with a great mower at a great price in my yard within a few hours. I don't typically write reviews but like to give credit where it's due - I actually walked out of there happy which is rare in retail these days. Thanks guys!

CJ was great to deal with. I feel like I received a quality product in a 2023 Spartan RZ 61 inch mower. CJ was honest and knowledgeable. I mowed with it for the first time yesterday and it was solid. I would highly recommend CJ and Pro Power!!

Great service! I have taken an older model scag to be fixed a couple different times including a repower new engine. Good people that stand behind their work. When I'm ready for a new purchase this will be the only place I go!

Best shop around! I drive 30 mins just to go to them , they do everything in their power to get your equipment back to you as quick as possible so you can get back to buissness as usual. They've saved me so much down time compared to other local shops. From sales to service they will take care of you and all your equipment needs.

This place is amazing. Bought my envy from another dealer in Ohio. Had some warranty issues with it . Took it to pro power told me up front that it was going to be awhile because of other jobs ahead of me was very communicative through out the process. josh there is amazing. Envy is a great product and the people at pro power are amazing. they even delivered it to me after the work was finish and the delivery driver to me to drive it before he left to make sure i was happy . Hands down the best dealer in Ohio for the Envy and for all Intimidator Group Products.

Got my new mower delivered on time. CJ and Josh were Awesome, Friendly, Knowledgeable Professional, and just a pleasure to work with. They returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions. The experience I had was a refreshing interaction and not what I was expecting in today's society. I can't say enough good things about them!

I have a decades old snowblower that had not been started in years. Josh found parts, cleaned it up and returned it with a full tank of gas! He was sure I could get it started before he gave it back. Reasonable priced repair and very professional. So good I’ve entrusted our riding lawnmower for spring maintenance.

Great customer service, great prices, and a very good service dept, ..... the Spartan mowers are second too none in quality and the follow through and support from pro power is outstanding..... the purchase process is less pushy and more geared toward getting you into the correct machine for your needs than the larger line dealers in our area..... regardless if you are a commercial outfit or a homeowner you cant go wrong with Pro Power or Spartan
